For the 7:45 option you meet at Palácio da Bolsa, Rua de Ferreira Borges 11. Arrive at least 10 minutes before departure.

Hotel address

Give your central Porto address when booking the pickup option. An address outside the area or on an inaccessible street needs a nearby meeting point.

Pickup message

Your guide's name and vehicle details arrive the day before, by 21:30 Portugal time. Be at the pickup location 10 minutes early.

Voucher and clothing

Show your mobile voucher to the guide before boarding. Dress for valley heat in summer or cold in winter.

Hotel pick-up is included within central Porto (only for options that include pick-up). Please provide your accommodation details at checkout. If your location is outside the pick-up area or in a location where traffic does not allow stopping (pedestrian streets, stopping/parking prohibition signs, others), we will suggest a convenient nearby meeting point. Pick-up starts at approximately 7:45 AM and may take up to 30 minutes depending on your location. You will receive the exact pick-up time and details on the day before your tour. Please be ready at the scheduled time, as delays may affect the experience for other guests.
